Coyote vs. Acme Let the Law Solve the Problem

Remember those Saturday morning cartoons that featured our loveable looney toons characters that always seemed to make us laugh. Like today, you might find many of those early episodes somewhere on YouTube and spend the day enjoying those videos, because you can't get enough of the crazy antics of Daffy Duck, the smart alick remarks from Bugs Bunny, or the devious plans the coyote made to attempt to finally catch that roadrunner. These unique memories from our lives helped us through so many things as kids and even aided us through many things we needed down time for as adults. Now, we find that our friends are finally pushing back to get what they deserve for those generations of sacrifice they did as they blew up, smashed, fell, or even crashed into something over the ages.

After many years of using the Acme products and failing miserably, the Coyote finally decides to do something about it. When he happens upon the law firm of Avery, Jones, and Maltese Attorney’s, who specializes in cartoon injury cases, the coyote decides it is time to fight back. When Coyote contacts the lawyers he quickly becomes a key part of the lawsuit that somehow becomes much bigger than what Kevin Avery (Will Forte), a down-and-out billboard attorney, Paige Avery (Lana Condor), Kevin's niece and assistant, and the firms partner’s Dottie Jones (Martha Kelly), and Sal Maltese (Tone Bell).

On the other side of the picture comes Acme Corporation attorneys Buddy Crane (John Cena), who Kevin knew from college, and Bill Pellicano (P. J. Byrne), Buddy’s assistant lawyer. As they try to defend the company they love and help manipulate the system, things look up for them. Their many years of experiences and being at the top of the food chain has them confident that they will win and send the Coyote and his lawyers back to the desert where they came from. Also involved in this famous quest is the judge (Luis Guzmán) who is overseeing the trial between Wile E. Coyote and the Acme Corporation and can make things difficult for the side that does not supply facts to support their case.

The Looney Tunes are back on the silver screen and now director Dave Green builds up a very interesting storyline that has the Coyote actually trying to fight back against the makers of the weapons he used to try and catch the road runner. He successfully brings this hit to the screen and brings our loveable characters back for another go around. Including some cameos from many of the other famous villains and heroes. Dave also includes longtime voice actor Eric Bauza, along with Kenneth Choi, Chandi Milo, and Jim Cummings, as they perform the famous voices of Daffy Duck, Bug Bunny, Tweety Bird, and Foghorn Leghorn for the Merrie Melodies and Looney Tunes stars throughout the film.

This outstanding adventure is worth seeing in person and will definitely entertain everyone from all ages. A journey back in time to revisit our animated friends and see how they have evolved to finally use today’s advances to maybe gain the goals they have always wanted.
